Executive Vice President

Brett joined Cox Engineering in 1993 as an estimator. In 1995, he shifted gears to Cambridgeport Custom starting as an estimator. Over the years he has risen to Executive Vice President for the division. Brett is always pushing the limits of what can be done and how to do it better, which is evident in the units that leave the shop. He is an experienced soccer coach, an avid saltwater fisherman, enjoys hunting, and hitting the road on his Harley.

In his free time, Britt enjoys playing ice hockey, golfing, hiking, camping, skiing, snowmobiling, and spending quality time with his two children.

Sales Manager

Bill joined Cambridgeport Custom in 1995 as a CAD Draftsman quickly advancing to Sales Engineer. He transitioned to Cambridgeport Air Systems as the Engineering Manager focusing on curbs, economizers, adaptors, and accessories. Bill eventually returned to Cambridgeport Custom as the Sales Manager, where he immerses himself in expanding the footprint of custom AHU operations by developing strong market relationships and building the brand. Outside of work, he is an experienced home builder, an avid golfer, and enjoys restoring classic cars. Bill always enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons at the lake in New Hampshire or at Disney World!

Joseph (Joe) joined Cambridgeport Custom in 2019 as a Purchasing Manager. In 2021, he began to shift gears, diving back to his roots in driving production and processes forward; eventually rising within the division to Operations Manager. Joe is dedicated to his craft, and it shows in the passion and energy he brings to Cambridgeport and the manufacturing team daily. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and pets; swimming in the pool and grilling in the back yard during the summer and honing his culinary skills and watching sports during the colder months.

Pasha joined Cambridgeport Custom in 2011 as a shop cleaner and has since risen to the role of Shop Foreman, navigating a few bumps and bruises along the way. Throughout his time here, he has excelled in building units and panels, finish work, plasma cutting, press brake operation, welding, foaming, and quality control. Known for his love of a challenge, Pasha is always intrigued by the inner workings of the units. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the ice, playing hockey with his children.

Allen Arbuckle Jr. became part of Cambridgeport Custom in 2023 as a design engineer, collaborating with Rumen on the development of custom AHUs. An enthusiastic fisherman, he enjoys being outdoors, whether casting a line or hiking new trails with his backpack. A lover of travel, Allen thrives on exploring new destinations and cultures, infusing his experiences into his work and motivating those around him.

Operations Engineer

Brennan was hired in 2012, during a time when the company was just one-eighth of its current size, starting his journey without a formal title. Over the years, he became increasingly involved in operations, earning the role of Assistant Operations Manager by 2014. Brennan’s efforts have focused on supporting and facilitating the division's growth, eventually transitioning into his current role of Operations Engineer. A self-described jack of all trades, Brennan has contributed across multiple areas, including operations, engineering, purchasing, accounting, and various special projects. What drives him is a passion for learning, tackling complex challenges, and sharing the knowledge gained to help his coworkers thrive.

Craig Fullerton

Solidworks Designer

Craig started with Cambridgeport in 1984, his first assignment was stuffing insulation into panels and learning the different aspects of the manufacturing process over the years. He was a welder, a brake operator, fabricator, whatever needed to be done, ultimately becoming supervisor of the panel department for many years. Craig learned how to design and release parts for fabrication using a drafting table and pencil. He was given the opportunity to do the same with a better tool (a computer). He now designs large, complicated units with an eye toward making the designs go together well on the shop floor. Craig has been married 45 years, has 4 grandchildren and enjoys time spent on the big lake with wife and grandkids.

Mark joined Cambridgeport Custom in 2018 as an engineer, bringing with him six years design engineer, manufacturing, and project manager experience. Since then, he has grown into the role of Engineering Manager. Mark is always looking to streamline engineering and manufacturing operations to enhance the division’s capability to deliver highly engineering and custom solutions. Outside of work, Mark competes as an elite cyclist and brings the same drive for excellence from his days as a Division 1 Decathlete.

Mr. Hooper joined Cambridgeport Custom in 2024 after relocating from Morgans Point Ranch in Chewelah, WA. He has a nose for adventure after graduating from two months of Bird Hunting 101. Hooper is a natural when he’s in the office, always welcoming visitors, sniffing out treats, and adding to the 'pawsitive' culture. When he’s not in the office you can find him hunting birds or out on the water fishing.

Rumen joined Cambridgeport Custom in 1993 with a master’s degree in engineering, bringing technical expertise and innovative thinking to the organization. By 1999, he took charge of the Custom Air department, spearheading the development of specialized HVAC solutions tailored to unique customer needs. Rumen’s career at CAS has been marked by the successful introduction of several groundbreaking products, including Supermarket dehumidification rooftop units, Energy recovery systems, Clean room systems, Units with MSP dehumidification technology, and ECM (Electronically Commutated Motor) systems. As Chief Engineer, he has played a pivotal role in overseeing complex, high-stakes projects. With advanced technical skills and leadership expertise, Rumen continues to drive innovation, guide multidisciplinary teams, and deliver customized, highly engineered solutions to meet diverse client needs.

John O'Connell

John O'Connell

Lead Electrician

John began his career as an apprentice electrician in 2005 through a co-op program during high school. In 2018, he joined Cambridgeport Custom full-time as a Journeyman electrician. His dedication and pride in his work have propelled him to the position of Lead Electrician in the Custom shop. In this role, John serves as a valuable resource for all shop electricians and is responsible for addressing electrical issues in the field related to AHUs, purchasing materials, creating coordination drawings, and overseeing maintenance and installations between the two shops. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family, taking beach trips, and tending to his gardens and chickens.
